Your Role in Our Team of Excellence:

Review medical records, billing statements, and insurance policies to evaluate the PIP claim and determine the value.

Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel.

Review settlement agreements, legal correspondence, and other related documents.

Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and internal team members.

Maintain accurate case files and update case management systems regularly.

Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations related to PIP law.
