Michael Jordan Collision in Durham, NC, is seeking a full-time Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This estimating role is essential in ensuring accurate repair estimates, clear communication with customers and insurance providers, and efficient coordination of repairs.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
We offer competitive pay based on experience. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one extended shift per month on either a Tuesday or Thursday until 5:30 PM.
All that you need is:
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in estimating software (CCC One experience preferred)
Knowledge of insurance processes and DRP programs is a plus. Experience in collision estimating is also preferred.

As a Collision Repair Estimator, you will be responsible for writing detailed estimates and supplements for collision repairs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. You will maintain open communication with customers, keeping them informed of repair status and timelines. Additionally, you will coordinate with insurance companies-both DRP and non-DRP-to secure approvals and payments. Managing the production schedule and assisting in parts procurement, including sourcing parts through platforms like Parts Trader, will also be key responsibilities.
