Who You Are:

You are a highly detail-oriented team player who will oversee the company’s Accounts Payable responsibilities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You can master new systems and quickly become a contributor who gets the job done while helping other areas of the business when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitoring AP subledger on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with cross-functioning teams including Procurement, Treasury and MK business partners (both Local and International)
• Provide Ad-hoc reporting as needed
• 1099 Reporting
• Responding to urgent vendor requests as needed
• Assisting with month-end closing process
• Performing month-end reconciliations and accruals
• Working with Cost Accounting team to monitor Customs entries and clearings
• Establish best practices to adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Process improvement initiatives in supporting the company’s growth

You’ll Need to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
• Strong SAP 4 Hana experience a must
• 5 years of accounts Payable experience
• Analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills

Compensation Range: 

Salary : $75,000 - $78,000
