Who You Are:
You are a highly detail-oriented team player who will oversee the company’s Accounts Payable responsibilities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You can master new systems and quickly become a contributor who gets the job done while helping other areas of the business when needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Monitoring AP subledger on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with cross-functioning teams including Procurement, Treasury and MK business partners (both Local and International)
- Provide Ad-hoc reporting as needed
- 1099 Reporting
- Responding to urgent vendor requests as needed
- Assisting with month-end closing process
- Performing month-end reconciliations and accruals
- Working with Cost Accounting team to monitor Customs entries and clearings
- Establish best practices to adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Process improvement initiatives in supporting the company’s growth
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong SAP 4 Hana experience a must
- 5 years of accounts Payable experience
- Analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills

Compensation Range:
$75,000.00-$78,000.00Salary : $75,000 - $78,000
