Responsibilities:
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decisions
- Conducting financial analyses and providing insights to management
- Managing the month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries and P&L reviews
- Leading the departmental forecast and budgeting process
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure operational changes are represented in financial updates
- Ensuring financial duties, processes, and reporting adhere to internal audit guidelines and applicable GAAP/SOX requirements
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance or other applicable degree
- 5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role
- Experience with Hyperion Planning preferred
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Experience with MicroStrategy is a plus
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills
- Must have a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
