What You'll Do:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of annual budgets and monthly financial forecasts
- Providing financial insights to management, including variance analysis and recommendations
- Managing month-end close, including preparation of journal entries and P&L reviews
- Researching cost variances and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborating with management to develop financial and operational models to support improvements and changes in processes
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure operational changes are represented in financial updates
- Ensuring financial duties, processes, and reporting adhere to internal audit guidelines and applicable GAAP/SOX requirements
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance or other applicable degree
- 5 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role
- Experience with Hyperion Planning preferred
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Experience with MicroStrategy is a plus
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills
- Must have a high degree of accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
