As a Collection Sales Associate, you will grow a client book that focuses on client experience and building lasting relationships, while strategically driving the business through proactive selling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Foster client relationships through knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques.
- Execute a strategy that prioritizes client experience and delivers exceptional results.
- Brainstorm with leaders to create innovative ways to maximize personal sales results.
- Demonstrate flexibility and desire for individual growth in a fast-paced store environment.
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology.
- Build a client book by establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and uphold an elevated boutique image.
