You have experience supporting leaders across a global business. You're a manager at heart, always seeking to bring out the best in your team and improve how responsibilities are distributed and executed upon. You seek out opportunities to improve processes and make better use of existing technologies and systems.
What You'll Do :
- Prepare Worldwide Tax Provision including ASC740-10
- Provide analysis and maintenance of all income tax accounts
- Act as regular point of contact with third party audit firm
- Prepare monthly forecasting of effective tax rate
- Prepare and maintenance of various US multinational tax calculations (BEAT, GILTI, FDII, 163j limitation(s))
- Assist with all state and local income tax planning efforts
- Assist with review and implementation of state and local tax positions and income allocation & apportionment
- Review of Estimated Income Tax Payments
- Assist on International Issues and Restructurings
- Review Foreign Withholding Compliance
- Manage State Income tax audits
- Assist on IRS and Intl Audits
- Research technical tax matters and prepare memorandums to document conclusions
- Work with management and tax department personnel to ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Implement department best practices
- Work with third party on indirect tax compliance

Compensation Range :
100,000.00-$140,000.00
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
