Position Overview


Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Insurance Sales Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities


  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Solicit and sell State Farm products including auto, home, life and health insurance
  • Maintain good standing with compliance and regulation

Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 Annually.

Requirements


  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
