We have been exclusively retained by a premier-level 25-attorney boutique in midtown Manhattan that seeks to hire a Managing Clerk/Attorney. This role involves regular review of court documents and meticulous maintenance of the firm’s calendar, which shows all court appearances and deadlines. Knowledge of the NY Civil Practice Law and Rules is essential. Managing or Assistant Managing Clerks/Attorneys with law degrees and relevant experience (at least about eight years or more) are encouraged to apply. The in-office hours are typically 9:30 to 5:30, and people are expected in-office four days per week. The base salary is $125,000-$150,000 or higher, depending on experience.
