Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various office and accounting tasks, including billing, invoicing, collections, and administrative duties. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product and sales-related questions via phone and emails
• Assist with customer quotes, placing orders, and repair inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information
• Process invoices and manage billing for clients and vendors.
• Prepare and make bank deposits, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Handle accounts receivable, including collections and follow-ups on overdue payments.
• Maintain and organize financial and administrative records, including filing documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in an Accounts Representative or Customer Service position
• Luxury, jewelry, or fashion industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
