Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process invoices and prepare timely payments.
- Focus on accounts receivable: manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and establish strong relationships with our customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding overdue invoices and follow up to resolve payment-related matters.
- Assist in payment decision-making based on customer accounts and financial health.
- Support payroll processing, including commission calculations for team members.
- Provide support to the finance team as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
