We are actively seeking an energetic and highly motivated Inside Sales Associate to become a valued member of our growing team. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting new leads, building key relationships, nurturing connections with potential clients, and enhancing our lead conversion rate. The ideal candidate has excellent people skills, goal driven, and a high sense of urgency.
Compensation:
- Salary: $50,000-100,000

Responsibilities:
- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments and coordinate with team realtors
- Follow up with prospects via email/phone to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
- Manage our database containing information about potential and previous clients to ensure a well-organized and up-to-date detail for all leads.
- Track key sales metrics
- Identify and nurture new business prospects in targeted regions expand our clientele base
- Answer inbound calls
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills
- Experience with an online Client Relationship Management (CRM) system a plus
- Experience with lead generation and sales a plus
- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Extraordinary people skills and relationship-builder
- Teachable Team player
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Work in office
- A real estate license or real estate experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaker is a plus
- Must be able to have your own laptop and cellphone
