Job Description
- Provide support for Murex environments, from Development (DEV) to Production (PRD), including tasks like refreshes, debugging, and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
- Offer Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) technical support for MX.3, including debugging issues across various modules such as MxML, Warehouse, Livebook/RBPL, PFE, and Reporting.
- Work with Murex, automation tools, debugging, and Python.
- Maintain knowledge of Murex technical architecture.
- Manage Murex environments, including deployment and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and monitor Murex platforms at Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2).

The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with Shell, Bash, and Python scripting.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (Sybase preferred).
- Experience managing, deploying, and monitoring MX.3 environments at L1/L2.
- In-depth knowledge of MX.3 technical architecture (this is a must-have!)
