Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Oversee all daily operations on retail or healthcare construction sites, ensuring the project is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring that milestones are met. Communicate regularly with the project manager and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Experience in managing tenant improvements, renovations, and new builds is highly desirable.
