Strategy Director/Chief of Staff
The Strategy Director/Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, driving strategic planning, execution, and transformation initiatives across the global business.
This role requires a high-performing individual with a blend of strategic insight, operational expertise, and leadership skills to support decision-making and ensure alignment across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, communication, and execution of corporate strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability and growth.
- Partner with key stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Lead business transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of process improvements, cost efficiency's, and organisational change.
- Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, executive leadership team, and wider organisation to ensure clarity in strategic direction and effective communication.
- Oversee high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership, investors, and board meetings.
