About Our Client
My client is a growing IT services and IT consulting firm based in Dallas, TX. They are a smaller and more collaborative tax team who is looking for top talent to join their team.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and managing the pricing of transactions between related companies across different jurisdictions to ensure compliance with tax laws
- Optimizing tax efficiency
- Minimizing audit risk by developing and implementing appropriate transfer pricing policies
- Liaison with other departments

The Successful Applicant
- 12 years of relevant experience within the space (transfer pricing)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
- International tax experience a plus
- Excellent communicator and team player
