About Our ClientConsumer Goods | ManufacturingJob DescriptionReport to the AVP of Marketing Operations and have two Direct ReportsDevelop & own eCommerce strategies that support the brand and organizational goals and objectivesIdentify technology to advance digital marketing, email marketing, and SMS reach, including audience segmentation, journey implementation, and content automationServe as a subject matter expert on marketing technology solutions, vendors, and use casesEvaluate, propose, and implement appropriate digital technologies and tools to support the organization's digital objectives working closely with Marketing, IT, and Legal teamsStay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies and assess their potential applications & impactsLead cross-functional projects related to digital initiatives ensuring exceptional communication, visibility and collaboration, while partnering with IT for Martech solution developmentDrive consumer experience enhancements across multiple touch points using data analytics and consumer insights to optimize user journeys, increase consumer engagement and conversion, and to drive lifetime value of targeted consumer profilesDrive UX & UI improvements on all websites within the company's brands to optimize flow of individual sessions and continuously improve site performance. Ensure compliance of all laws including ADA complianceSupport the Sales team with optimization strategies to maximize ecomm successCoordinate with Legal and IT departments to ensure consumer data privacy regulations are adhered to on all US owned ecomm sitesPartner with the Global Web Manager for global eCommerce sites while maintaining brand compliance and guidelines outlined in the distributor and subsidiary contractEnsure content and promotions are properly displayed on sites to ensure visibilityReview and revise strategies (annually) to align with budget realities and meet business objectivesEnsure timely processing of vendor payments, ensure deliverables are met, and negotiate payments and payment termsManage the renewal and lapse of all the company's brandsRegister new domains and process transfer of domains (as needed)Maintain a consistent domain naming strategy that follows best practicesFurther develop data-driven culture and decision making within digital teamEnsure data governance and security practices are understood to ensure compliance and protect sensitive informationAct as brand ambassador for the brand, representing within the digital industryStay up-to-date on current ecommerce trends and insightsAct as key administrator of the Shopify websitesThe Successful ApplicantCompleted Bachelors Degree (in Marketing is preferred)7 years of proven experience in Digital MarketingStrongly proficient with digital technologies, platforms, and trends.Excellent knowledge of digital marketing techniques and execution, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing and online advertisingExperience using ShopifyMust be local to Bradford, Pennsylvania or willing to relocateOn-site 2-3x per week (lodging is available if needed)What's on OfferCompetitive benefitsAbility to work with a global consumer goods brandRelocation if needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
