Job Description
- Source candidates in the manufacturing space to find high value targets for our clients
- Work directly with candidates to help them make the next step in their career
- Manage expectations and coach candidates through the interview process
- Collaborate with team to fill open roles with qualified candidates
- Obtain new clients through business development practices
- Work directly with clients to understand their culture and desired employees for their workforce
- Find ideal candidates based on client requests
- Hard-working, motivated sales person
- 1 year of previous sales or recruitment experience
- Fast-learner willing to accept feedback
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Works well in a team
- Base salary between 60-70k which increases based on performance
- Qualified for quarterly bonus immediately (average of 10.5k)
- Great PTO including 25 days plus 11 holidays
