Our Client is seeking a hands-on Additive Manufacturing Engineer to support technical operations, customer installations, and in-house demo and benchmarking systems. Our Client is a family owned company and serves as one of the world's largest leading manufacturers of plastic processing machines. Our Client's portfolio consists of injection molding machines with clamping forces between 14 and 730 US ton, the freeformer for industrial additive manufacturing, robotic systems, turnkey solutions and peripherals.
Description
- Operate and maintain in-house additive manufacturing demo systems.
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the customer journey.
- Manage the benchmarking process for prospective and existing clients.
- Design and produce sample parts for evaluation and demonstration.
- Support marketing efforts, including trade shows, product seminars, and events.
- Conduct on-site machine installations and provide customer training and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and international teams.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in 3D printing or additive manufacturing
- Plastics or injection molding experience a plus
- Ability to present at seminars, trade shows, and with customers
- Ability to travel throughout the US (average one week per month)
Job Offer
- Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Plus Bonus Eligibility!
