As a member of the quality team, you will ensure adherence to customer and regulatory quality requirements while contributing to cutting-edge engineering and manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:
  • Evaluate and maintain the Quality Management System, including internal audits.
  • Conduct gage R&R studies and statistical process control (SPC) analysis.
  • Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and PPAP documentation.
  • Perform root cause analysis (8D) and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee quality-related policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with engineering to evaluate and resolve customer returns.
  • Provide competency-based training for manufacturing and inspection personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
  • Interpret and apply industry standards, including ISO9001/AS9100 and Mil Specs.
