The client is a Texas-based full service real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition, development and management of commercial real estate properties.
Job Description
- Portfolio Support : Assist in managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Support senior asset managers in property performance analysis and strategy implementation.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting : Help in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for investors and senior leadership. Analyze property-level financials, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Investment Analysis : Help in the financial modeling of potential acquisitions, dispositions, and capital improvement projects. Conduct return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to assess the financial impact of proposed strategies.
- Lease Analysis & Management Support : Assist in reviewing and analyzing lease documents, rental escalations, and tenant obligations. Support the negotiation and renewal processes with tenants in collaboration with leasing teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in asset management, underwriting and analysis with a real estate focus.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to create and analyze financial models, cash flow projections, and profitability metrics.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, leasing, and asset management processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Successful Applicant
What's on Offer
The base salary will depend on overall experience but will range from $95,000 - $115,000.
This role will also include an additional compensation bonus, excellent benefits and great team culture.
