Job Description
- Assist in monitoring portfolio performance, including tracking returns and identifying trends.
- Conduct research on potential investments (stocks, bonds, real estate, etc.), including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Ensure that client investment strategies are aligned with their goals and risk profiles.
- Work to support the asset management team in managing investment portfolios, ensuring that clients' assets are handled according to their goals, risk tolerance, and objectives.
- 4-6 years' experience in Asset Management, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to class A properties, especially office and mixed use.
- BA / BS in Finance, Real Estate or other related field required, with a record of solid academic achievement
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within and outside the organization
- Strong work ethic with ability to work autonomously or as a team
- Advanced Excel a must
- Strong background and understanding of Asset Management practices including budgets, operations, maintenance and rehab
