Description
The Assistant PM - Multifamily/Mixed-use Construction - DC Metro will be responsible for:
- Managing project lifecycle from initiation to close-out, ensuring objectives are met.
- Establishing project scope, goals, and deliverables to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Facilitating clear communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders for alignment.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
- Tracking progress, addressing risks, and implementing solutions to keep projects on course.
- Upholding quality standards to ensure project outcomes meet specifications.
- Holding regular meetings for status updates and stakeholder feedback.
- Delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring client satisfaction
Profile
The Assistant PM - Multifamily/Mixed-use Construction - DC Metro will have:
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects, ideally within a related industry.
