Description
Project Documentation & Communication
- Handle document control, including submittals and RFIs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the project team.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing change orders, cost estimates, and construction schedules.
- Take a lead role in portions of OAC meetings, facilitating communication between project stakeholders.
Project Financial Tracking
- Track and report on project finances, including budget adherence, cost forecasting, and expense management.
- Support Project Managers in managing cash flow and cost-to-complete projections.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections in collaboration with the PM to maintain quality control.
Estimating & Procore Management
- Develop a working knowledge of estimating and preconstruction activities.
- Proactively use Procore to manage project schedules, documents, and workflow.
Client & Team Coordination
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support Project Managers by fostering positive client relationships and engaging with subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
Profile
- Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an APM in commercial construction.
- Proficient in Procore, with a strong understanding of document control, cost tracking, and change order processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-sufficient, with the ability to take initiative and support project goals independently.
- Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges.

Job Offer
- Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 (with reviews every year)
