Description
- Oversee the successful planning and execution of large-scale renovation and ground-up construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
