This client is a full-service General Contractor specializing in Design/Build Construction in the DC market. With 20 years of experience, the firm has multiple upcoming projects in downtown Washington, DC, and is led by a dynamic leadership team. They are seeking to expand their team with Assistant Project Managers (APMs) who have experience in Design/Build projects.
Description
- Assist the Project Manager in executing the management plan for assigned projects.
- Help coordinate and oversee the project from inception to completion.
- Review project designs and suggest cost-saving ideas.
- Perform daily operational tasks efficiently and on time.
- Track and report project status updates directly to the Project Manager.
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents.
- Prepare and manage punch lists for project closeout.
Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or engineering is preferred.
- Experience with Design/Build projects is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in commercial project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong desire to grow and learn.
