Description
- Provide technical advice and resolve issues in collaboration with project personnel.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of project personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Review status reports from project personnel and adjust schedules or plans as necessary.
- Review project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timelines, funding limits, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for each project phase.
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, ensuring a list of those who perform quality work.
- Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, define responsibilities, and set the scope of authority.
- Conduct material take-offs and develop cost estimates.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to support and maintain the overall project timeline.
- Prepare and deliver project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
Profile
- 3 years of construction experience
- Must have overseen at least one ground-up build
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
