Description
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that arise.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on the job site.
- Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Support the coordination of material procurement and delivery, ensuring timely availability of resources.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare construction standards and regulations is a plus.
