Description
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Randolph, MA - Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects.
- Work closely with the PM or SPM to monitor and track project progress.
- Manage communication between project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Help with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement as needed.
- Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Utilize Procore to track and update project documentation and reporting.
Profile
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Randolph, MA - Will have
- 1-4 years of experience in project management, ideally in construction or a related field.
- Familiarity with Procore or other project management software is preferred.
- Prior experience in multifamily construction projects is ideal, but not required. We are open to candidates with a variety of construction project backgrounds.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
Job Offer

- Base Salary: $85K - $110K, based on experience.
