Our client is a well-established general contractor in Denver, CO who completes both multifamily and hospitality construction projects from the ground up. They have a self performing concrete division to assist with their podium and post tension work.
Description
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel and subcontractors as required to successfully complete the project on schedule.
- Coordinate work with other company teams and subcontractors ensuring conformance with agreements.
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules.
- Review construction drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies or potential issues.
- Communicate with project team regarding RFI's and material submittals.
- Ensure that safety standards are followed, creating a safe work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to support project activities.
- Document daily construction activities and compile reports on progress, compliance, and obstacles.

Profile
A successful 'Assistant Superintendent' should have:
