Description
- Lead financial modeling exercises related to prospective or ongoing transactions involving M&A and capital raising mandates
- Lead the work effort for creation of high-quality marketing materials used for transaction processes
- Extensive industry research in the CIS sector
- Extensive and effective communication with senior management and industry professionals through transaction processes
Profile
- 2-4 years prior work experience in an investment banking, or related, role.
- Familiarity with the CIS sector through professional experience or otherwise
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills.
- A well-rounded academic background
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business.
Location
- Candidates must be able to work out of Stamford, CT primarily Monday - Thursday weekly

Salary : $150,000 - $175,000
