This contract requires 5 days in the office and is ongoing. The contractor will handle account-related requests, deliver exceptional customer service, investigate customer issues, conduct internal account reconciliations, collect documents in compliance with KYC policies, and ensure all processes adhere to BSA/AML laws and regulations.

Our client is a large, foreign, International Bank. With its full-fledged services, our client specializes in corporate lending, international trade services, treasury business, U.S. dollar clearing, retail banking, correspondent banking and various other lines of business.
Description
- Assist customers with routine account-related requests, which will include account opening, modifying actions on accounts, and assisting with any account transactions (deposits, products, debit cards, fund transfers etc)
- Collect customer identification documents for the bank's KYC policy
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships by providing high-quality banking services
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services based on customers' needs, in line with the bank's policies and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, acting as a liaison between customers and other bank departments as needed.
- Manage the bank's file system, ensuring safekeeping of activity on the account
- Address customer inquiries regarding electronic funds transfers and initiate 'Reg E' disputes as necessary, ensuring completion of required forms and affidavits.
- Oversee the daily operation of specialized depository products such as CDARS, ICS, School District Deposits, and other structured deposit services.
- Perform internal account reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Consumer Compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of Requests for Information (RFI).
- Report any compliance-related concerns or suspicious activities to BSA officers and senior management
- Follow all departmental and banking policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Mandarin (read, write, speak) ** THIS IS REQUIRED **
- Solid understanding of banking products and services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking operational procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
