Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies in alignment with Neeltran's overarching goals and the specific objectives of the Rectifiers Division.
- Identify and prioritize key markets, industries, and customer segments for expansion.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to uncover emerging trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while strategically pursuing new partnerships.
- Partner with the sales team to craft impactful sales strategies and campaigns for rectifier solutions.
- Assess and negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and terms to optimize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align product roadmaps with evolving market demands and customer needs.
- Provide market-driven insights to support the development and enhancement of rectifier solutions.
- Continuously assess competitive offerings and industry advancements to maintain Neeltran's leadership position.
- Work with the marketing team to develop strategic messaging, promotional assets, and digital campaigns to support business growth.
- Represent Neeltran at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and build credibility.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Neeltran as an innovator in rectifier technology.
- Lead and develop a high-performing business development team, offering mentorship and strategic direction.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure unified execution of business development objectives.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. BS in Engineering is a plus. A Master's degree is also a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the industrial power systems sector. Focus on rectifiers is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the industrial power systems market and products.
- Understanding of the sales and marketing process for highly engineered, premium product selling to industries, OEMs and EPCs.
- Understanding of the strategies and effects of disruptive technologies in the marketplace.
- Ability to communicate accessibly and concisely about product or service to outsiders, including prospective customers and clients, partners, vendors.
- Embodies strong internal ethical standards and ability to uphold an unwavering integrity to be successful in the organzation.
