Business Unit Leader - Building Division - $220k - Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations and long-term vision of the Building Division. Focus on building a high-performance team and fostering development across all staff members.
• Drive business growth by expanding the backlog, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing existing relationships within the division.
• Oversee a diverse team of 12 employees, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Trades. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and development.
• Ensure all operations are in alignment with the company's policies, procedures, and long-term vision while maintaining a commitment to safety, people, and profitability.
• Steer the division through changes in leadership and help shape the future of the business as Tom White transitions into the CEO role.
