Our client is looking for a skilled Civil Estimator with 8 years of experience who can immediately contribute to the team. This position will report directly to the Chief Estimator/Director of Preconstruction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating civil, utility, and water/wastewater projects, with the ability to manage public project bids. Experience using B2W and HCSS is essential

Description

Civil Estimator - Canton, MA - $150k - Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, utility, and water/wastewater projects
• Evaluate and analyze bid documents and specifications
• Work closely with the preconstruction team to assess project scope and risks
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to gather cost data and pricing
• Stay up to date on market trends and pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractors
• Utilize B2W and HCSS software to streamline estimating processes
• Ensure all estimates are completed on time and within budget
• Contribute to the growth of the project pipeline by supporting business development efforts
