Description
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Respond to and develop new opportunities - by creating programs for new and existing clients.
- Work closely with sales team to respond to inquiries, create proposals, onboard and train new clients, and execute account management tasks.
- Have an in depth and full understanding of customer needs to develop in depth processes.
- Response quickly to client inquiries and issues.
- Work with and quarterback internal stakeholders and team to deliver best in class solutions for clients.
- Implement effective and consistently improve customer training programs.
- Maintain all activities in salesforce system.
Profile
A successful Client Relationship Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies or a related field.
- 5-8 years of client interfacing experience.
- Ideal candidate has a background in waste programs / services, environmental services or renewable energy.
- Background in waste or environmental logistics a huge plus.
- Background in organic waste a huge plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team - role will not currently have a team, but likely to in the future.
- P&L an financial acumen to manage a budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A results-driven approach and commitment to achieving programs for clients.
- 25% willingness to travel to customers.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of $125,000 - $150,000 USD.
- Opportunity to earn up to 25% bonus.
