- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subs, supplies and labor materials
- Creating and updating progress schedules
- Preparing regular job reports for job meetings o Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget
Profile
A Successful Commercial Construction Superintendent- Site Work - Sacramento
- 5 years of relevant construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
Job Offer
