Compliance Monitoring & Testing Analyst

The Compliance Monitoring & Testing Analyst will evaluate the bank's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies by conducting reviews, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions. This role involves collaborating with teams, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring effective implementation of remediation plans to strengthen the institution's compliance framework.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance reviews and testing to assess adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Identify compliance risks and control deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports to support findings and outcomes.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk management, and business teams to address issues.
• Track the implementation of corrective actions and ensure they are effectively resolved.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into monitoring processes.

Profile

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Must be able to work 5 days per week on-site in Midtown New York City.
• 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring, testing, audit, or similar roles in banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC, SEC, etc.) and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and compliance testing tools.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CRCM, CIA, CFE) and experience with regulatory agencies are preferred.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
