Description
- Assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the project manager in coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and materials.
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor schedules and budgets, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Assist in ensuring safety protocols are followed and compliance with local regulations.
Profile
- 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial or healthcare projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and manage project schedules effectively.
