Description The Construction Estimator - Ground Up Higher-Ed Projects - Boston MA will be responsible for : Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for projects in markets such as healthcare, education, historic renovation, municipal, commercial, and residential. Review and analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements. Meet with clients and project stakeholders to understand expectations and build strong relationships. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to gather competitive pricing. Support the preconstruction team in evaluating project risks and opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction costs, methods, and industry trends. Profile The Construction Estimator will possess : 5 years experience Proven ability to work independently and own the estimating process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in estimating software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
