Description
The Estimator will be responsible for:
- Commuting to Milford, MA daily
- Preparing estimates for wood-framed multifamily jobs
- Reading plans, monitoring budgets, preparing schedules
- Utilizing excel & other softwares and tools
- Communicating regularly with project stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate has:
- At least 3 years of estimating experience w/ GC
- Excellent at plan reading
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Attention to detail, can produce quality work on strict deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner & prioritize
- Bachelors Degree
- Commutable to Milford MA daily
