Description
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, including junior project managers, contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure project compliance with contracts, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and upper management.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Track project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
- Resolve complex project issues and conflicts to minimize delays.
- Manage project changes, including scope adjustments and contract modifications.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, performance, and financials.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Profile
- 3 years of Project Management experience working on large commercial projects
- 7 years of experience in construction
- Must have data center or ground up healthcare experience
- Self sufficient, gives and recieves feedback, team oriented leader
- Looking to grow within the company long term
- Has worked for reputable General Contractors
- Local to Phoenix
- Team first mentality
- Construction Management or similar degree preferred
