Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of ground-up and interior commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings, ensure site safety, and uphold quality standards.
Profile
- 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and field operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with NYC Metro projects highly preferred.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
