Job Description
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and control project costs, including reviewing invoices, change orders, and procurement.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues or delays.
- Base Salary ( 90,000 to 110,000 annually)
