Description
The Construction Superintendent - High-end Residential Projects key responsibilities include:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.
- Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
- Lead job site meetings with subcontractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to review schedules and work plans
Profile
The Construction Superintendent - High-end Residential Projects will have the following skills
- A degree in Construction Management or similar field preferred but not required
- 3 year of field experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Experience with Procore required
- Ability to analyze and revise internal processes to improve efficiency
- Detail oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
