Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Leading large scale Lab/Lifescience & Biopharma projects up to $150M
- Delivering the project within budgeted cost, by the scheduled completion date
- Coordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activities on projects
- Ensure adherence to the company's safety program in all phases and areas of the project
- Cooperate with Client and representatives to keep them informed of progress
Profile
The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:
- 10 years of experience leading large scale Lab/Lifescience projects as a Super
- Ideally experience leading projects $10M-50M
- Lab/Lifescience/Biopharma project background
- Must have Rigging experience
- OSHA 30 certification
Job Offer
The Superintendent will receive:
- Compensation up to $180k
- Vehicle allowance fuel card

Salary : $120,000 - $185,000
