Job Description
- Lead field operations, including safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Maintain client communication, especially with executives in healthcare and life science organizations.
- Manage occupied renovation projects with minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
- Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Experience : 5-10 years leading construction projects in healthcare, life sciences, or higher education.
- Project Types : Renovations and buildouts valued at $5M-$35M.
- Certifications : CSL required.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work in occupied spaces.
- Personality : Polished, professional, and empathetic to sensitive environments.
- Location : Commutable to Boston.
- Salary : $120,000-$140,000 (higher for exceptional candidates).
- Travel Allowance : $400 / month.
