Description
Lead on-site construction operations for high-end commercial interiors projects.
Ensure on-time, high-quality project execution while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Collaborate with clients, PMs, and subcontractors to coordinate project schedules and resolve issues.
Maintain strict quality control on high-end finishes and ensure all work meets elite industry standards.
Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure smooth project delivery.
Profile
5-7 years of experience as a Superintendent in Manhattan commercial construction.
Proven background in high-end office fit-outs, law firms, and healthcare projects.
Strong tenure at market-leading GCs with expertise in high-quality finishes.
Ability to estimate own projects and take full ownership of job sites.
Comfortable working on fast-paced, detail-driven projects with high client expectations.
Must be aware that a drug/background check is required.
