Description
Lead field operations on ground-up and interior healthcare construction sites
Direct subcontractors, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure top-tier safety
Maintain full compliance with NYC DOB and healthcare regulations
Serve as the key on-site leader driving quality and accountability
Report progress, resolve field issues, and ensure daily workflow aligns with project goals
Profile
Brings 7 years of superintendent experience, ideally with public or healthcare projects
Can manage complex scheduling, field coordination, and city compliance
Demonstrates a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
Holds OSHA 30 certification and thrives in fast-paced environments
Job Offer
Salary range of $150,000-$175,000, depending on experience
