Controller-Manufacturing

Well established and growing food and beverage manufacturer is seeking a Controller to oversee all aspects of Accounting and Finance for our food production facility and corporate head office. This role reports to the President and will support all aspects of accounting and finance for the company.

The business is well established but also poised for tremendous growth over the coming years.

Description

As the Controller-Manufacturing you will:

• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting as well as overseeing the accounting and finance for the manufacturing facility.
• Compile, present, and analyze all financial reports and communicate financial standings based on forecasted numbers.
• Work autonomously and manage multiple, detailed assignments that require innovation, research, intricate problem-solving and more
• You will manage all aspects of accounting including revenue, inventory management, and cost accounting.
• Provide analysis and financial reports to the executive team so that they can make strategic decisions.
• Manage, train and mentor an accounting team
• This role is on site and based in Los Angeles (mid City)

Profile

As the Controller-Manufacturing you will have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Experience with accounting for Manufacturing is required for this role, food and beverage is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory.
• Experience with Ms Dynamics, NetSuite, Navision, or other mid sized ERP systems.
• Advanced excel is preferred.
• This role is on-site and based in Los Angeles (mid City)

• Competitive salary of $155,000 to $180,000 per annum
